Collective painting

The Collective Painting for the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture in Kiev is a modern and conceptual painting project exercise, and to be done in situ with students assisting. Dr. Billy Gruner Australian curator and artist from West PI - Associates will coordinate the exercise and there will be talks to be given on the relationship of the work to the legacy of Kazimir Malevich, KNO, and the new INOC international group of contemporary reductive and non-objective artist associates. 

Students and artists will make a wall work painting. This will be made on the wall in the Academy in front of the Malevich classroom in situ. The INOC Collective Project (The Malevich Painting) 2018, pays homage to the Kazimir Malevichs' Black Square of 1914. This new wallwork is constructed directly to the wall facing the Malevich 'closet' or, teaching rooms located in the Academy of Fine Art and Architecture in Kiev. The intent is to symbolize a contemporary work based on a respectful homage. And by comprising a simple square design with 22 black lines. Each line is painted on behalf each of the members of the international artists in the INOC group. From this action created by fans of Malevich and his reductive art legacy a new statement appears. As such, a symbolic work made of black stripes on a white square emphasizes the black overall shape - leaving the original aged walls intact. The work located in the hall of the academy faces the viewing window of the Malevich closet itself. The work is constructed by Dr. Billy Gruner from West Projects in Australia. And by and in association with Serhiy Popov and Elena Dombrovska from Kiev Non Objective in Kiev. All on behalf of the INOC group in association with The Academy of Fine Art and Architecture Kiev and The Biennale of Contemporary Non Objective Art, Grenoble.

“Колективний живопис” для Національної академії образотворчого мистецтва та архітектури в Києві - це сучасний і концептуальний проект живопису, який має бути здійснено в академії з допомогою студентів. Д-р Біллі Грюнер, австралійський куратор та художник із West PI-Associates, координуватиме проект, також під час виконання роботи проекту буде обговорення щодо взаємозв'язку роботи із спадщиною Казимира Малевича, KNO, а також INOC - новою міжнародною групою сучасних редуктивних і безпредметних асоціації художників.

Студенти та художники виконають живопис на стіні. Це буде зроблено на стіні в академії перед класом Малевича. Колективний проект INOC COLLECTIVE MONOCHROME 2018 вшановує “чорний квадрат” Казимира Малевича. Мета полягає в тому, щоб символізувати сучасну роботу, як пошану до творчості художника. Робота буде виконана у формі простого квадратного оформлення з 22 чорними лініями. Кожна лінія буде написана від імені міжнародних художників, членів групи INOC. Від цієї дії, створеної шанувальниками Малевича та його мистецтва, з'являється нова заява. Таким чином, символічна робота, виконана з чорних смуг на білому квадраті, підкреслює загальну форму чорного кольору - залишаючи незмінними оригінальні вічні стіни. Робота, розташована в коридорі академії, стоїть перед входом до класу Малевича. Робота запроектована доктором Біллі Грюнером із WEST Projects в Австралії, та спільно з Сергієм Поповим та Оленою Домбровською з KNO в Києві. Та від імені групи INOC і спільно з Академією образотворчого мистецтва та архітектури Києва (НАОМА), та бієнале сучасного безпредметного мистецтва у м. Гренобль, Франція.
